Sadness is a complex emotion. It can be caused because of loss or grief or because of loneliness. Sometimes we pull ourselves into sadness when we are overly taxed and stressed out.
When you are sad you may feel a heaviness in your chest, a knot in your throat, extreme fatigue, and you probably cry until your eyes are dry.😭😭😭
The beauty of sadness is actually feeling it wave through your body, and processing through it. This is extremely healing to what is coming up to be healed or grieved.
