When I feel stressed, there are several oils I tend to reach for based on what I am personally drawn to at that moment:
✅ Wild Orange
✅ Citrus Bloom
Each of these oils I find to be relaxing and calming. To up the calm, I want to feel, I prefer to soak in a hot bath or take a hot shower.
I mix up 2 cups Epsom Salts, ½ cup baking soda, 3 drops Frankincense, 3 drops Adaptiv, and 2 drops Wild Orange. Once this is mixed, I add the salts to the bath and I soak for 20 minutes. You can also make shower melts or add these oils to your favorite body wash.
