So what are you afraid of?
You've done diets before. They work for a minute and then old habits creep back in. You can lose and gain the same 10 pounds every few months. Oh, and then there's the fact that change is hard and you don't really want to. Did I nail a few?
How badly do you want to release this weight? This is more than just getting into a smaller dress size or perfect holiday pictures. This is a lifetime of feeling happy, thin, and free. This is going to be HARD to begin with. Nothing worth having is ever easy. But you have done hard things.
So, as we prepare for tonight, I want you to tell me all of the negative thoughts in the comments here. I want to know what you're afraid of. What you dread. What you absolutely hate about this change. Because until we allow ourselves to feel the fear, the anger, the sadness, and the dread, we cannot and will not move forward.
So dump it all out, so we can fill it back up. I'm right here with you. I'm still going through this journey. I'm still struggling and reminding myself that I am worth investing in. The difference is that I have been doing this for a while, so I have a lot of insight to offer.
