Today is designed to help you catch up on content you have missed and release any negativity or guilt that you struggled with. I want to give you permission to take this seriously and prioritize yourself. That might be hard, and this might even seem impossible. You deserve to feel your best, and that means you need to make time to do the work.
Someone very smart once told me that the weight doesn't come on overnight, and it certainly won't release overnight. But the same concept can be applied to our self-awareness. You didn't wake up one day and suddenly decide to put yourself on the back burner. Nope. It happened over time. You stopped making time for yourself in order to care for others, or because you needed to earn a living, or because you had been told you didn't deserve time to yourself.
I'm trying to help you reclaim yourself. YOU WILL BE A BETTER: mom, wife, sister, friend, employee, etc. You have chosen to join this program because something is missing! You can't find it if you don't make the time to look for it. So, go back to Day 1. Read and reflect. Then Day 2. And so on. Remember if you need a printed journal, just ask. If you have a notebook lying around home, use that.
