Today we will begin our Bright Line Eating (BLE) reading. I'm so excited about this part because it has had such an impact on so many lives. I'd like you to read the first 30 pages before we meet tomorrow night. If that's not possible, just do what you can. I believe that understanding will power and how our brains function has made such a difference in how I approach food.
