Mindfulness. We have all heard about it. But what actually is it? Psychology Today describes mindfulness as “a state of active, open attention to the present.”
When we are mindful, we are making the choice to experience the present, instead of dwelling on the past or focusing on the future. (Anyone else feel personally attacked? 😆)
