Mindfulness Roller Blend
In a 10 mL roller bottle combine:
💧4 drops Frankincense
💧4 drops Peppermint
💧3 drops Lavender
💧3 drops Grapefruit
💧3 drops Rosemary
Top with carrier oil and apply to wrists and neck as needed.
