Turn off the TV, put your phone in another room, close your laptop, and sit with your food before you. You can think about all of the people who had a part in getting that meal in front of you from farmers, to truck drivers and to store cashiers. You could also think about all the different smells and tastes you are experiencing.

Quiet My Mind Roller Blend
In a 10 mL roller bottle combine:
💧8 drops of Tea Tree
💧5 drops Lemongrass
💧3 drops Oregano
💧2 drops Lemon
💧2 drops Lavender
💧1 drop Wild Orange
💧1 drop Siberian Fir
Top with carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck as needed.
Affirmation: “I have nothing to worry about.”
