Let’s practice mindfulness through mindful walking.
Mindful Walking is one of my favorites! On a walk, take the time to appreciate all the sounds, scents and colors around you. Listen to the dogs barking, kids laughing, smell the coffee from the shop around the corner. Really appreciate the changing of the leaves or recognize detail in buildings or homes you may have never noticed before. Think about how every detail comes together to make the Earth that we live on.
Cool & Collected Roller Blend
In a 10 mL roller bottle combine:
💧8 drops Arborvitae
💧8 drops Lemon
💧5 drops Myrrh
💧3 drops Patchouli
💧5 drops Cedarwood
💧2 drops Clary Sage
💧1 drop Siberian Fir
Top with carrier oil and apply to the back of the neck, behind the ears and on the insides of the wrists up to 5x/ day.
